Rodinný dům - Lobendava

Abstract

Zadáním bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout rodinný dům pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Otec rodiny je hudební producent, matka účetní a obě děti jsou středoškolského věku. Lokalita se nachází v oblasti zatopeného kamenného lomu uprostřed lesů v severní části České republiky blízko obce Lobendava. Hmota rodinného domu představuje skupinu krystalů, vyrůstající z okolní skalnaté krajiny, kde prosklené části znázorňují stříbrné žíly v horninách. Dům je umístěn v severní části lomu především kvůli pohledu na odhalenou skálu na protějším břehu lomu a také pro výhled na vodní hladinu. Toto umístění je výhodné i pro dostatečné osvětlení dispozic. Stavba je velmi prostorná a tím dává obyvatelům mnoho možností jak trávit svůj čas, jak pracovní, tak volný a snaží se vyhovět všem jejich potřebám a zálibám.The bachelor thesis was to design a family house for a four-member family. The father of the family is a music producer, the mother of the accountant, and both children are of secondary school age. The site is situated in the area of a flooded stone mine in the middle of forest in the northern part of the Czech Republic near the village of Lobendava. The mass of the family house is a group of crystals growing up from the surrounding rocky landscape, where parts lined with glass brings to mind of silver veins in the rocks. The house is located in the northern part of the mine mainly due to the view of the exposed rock on the opposite bank of the mine and also for the view of the water surface. This location is also suitable for sufficient illumination of dispositions. The construction is very spacious and gives the residents a lot of opportunities to spend their time, both working and free and trying to meet all their needs and hobbies.
