Autorita učitele na odborné škole z pohledu žáka

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na autoritu učitele z pohledu žáka na střední odborné škole a střední technické škole. Je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Cílem teoretické části je obsahové vymezení pojmu autorita, klasifikace autority a kritéria členění. V návaznosti na to je popsána osobnost učitele, dovednosti i kompetence. V neposlední řadě vymezím žáka i specifika adolescentního věku. Cílem praktické části je dotazníkovým šetřením objasnit pohled žáků na autoritu učitele a jejich vzájemné porovnání. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumu, který byl realizován pomocí dotazníkůThis bachelor thesis focuses on the authority of the teacher from the point of view of the pupil at vocational school and secondary technical school. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The aim of the theoretical part is the content definition of the concept of authority, classification of authority and classification criteria. In connection with this, the personality of the teacher, skills and competence are described. Last but not least, I define the pupil as well as the specification of the adolescent age.
