Hospodaření s vodou v průmyslovém areálu sladovny

Abstract

Průmyslové podniky spotřebují velké množství vody ve svých výrobních procesech, a proto se v dnešní době zaměřuje pozornost stále více na efektivní hospodaření s vodou v průmyslových podnicích. Podniky mohou žádat o dotace na zpracování vodních auditů, které mají za úkol zhodnotit stávající stav hospodaření s vodou a navrhnout vhodná opatření pro jeho zlepšení. Tato práce může být mimo jiné podkladem pro zpracování vodního auditu. Práce je zaměřena na problematiku hospodaření s vodou v průmyslovém podniku sladovny. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat stávající stav hospodaření s vodou v rámci konkrétního průmyslového podniku sladovny a na základě toho navrhnout vhodná opatření ke snížení spotřeby vody a množství odpadních vod odváděných do jednotné kanalizační soustavy. Práce je rozdělena na rešeršní a praktickou část. Rešeršní část dala podklad pro zpracování praktické části. V praktické části je popsán a posouzen konkrétní podnik sladovny v Táboře z hlediska hospodaření s vodou. Je posouzen stávající stav hospodaření s vodou a poté jsou analyzována rizika a deficity v této oblasti. Na tomto podkladě jsou následně navržena opatření pro zlepšení hospodaření s vodou a odstranění, respektive zmírnění aktuálních deficitů a rizik. Práce je zaměřena také na technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení a prioritizaci jednotlivých opatření. Práce odhalila potenciál pro snížení spotřeby vody i pro snížení množství odpadních vod odváděných do jednotné kanalizační soustavy a navrhla vhodná opatření pro využití tohoto potenciálu. Mezi hlavní opatření patří možnost recyklace vody ve výrobním procesu, která může uspořit až 46 % vody potřebné pro produkci sladu. Byl odhalen deficit v hospodaření s dešťovou vodou, která je odváděna do jednotné kanalizační soustavy, a proto se práce zaměřila i na návrh opatření v této oblasti.Industrial companies consume large amounts of water in their production processes, which is why today the focus is more and more on efficient water management in industrial companies. Businesses can apply for subsidies for the processing of water audits, which are designed to assess the current state of water management and propose appropriate measures to improve it. This thesis may be, among other things, the basis for the processing of a water audit. This thesis is focused on the issue of water management in an industrial malting plant. The aim of the thesis was to analyze the current state of water management in a particular industrial malting plant and based on that to propose appropriate measures to reduce water consumption and the amount of wastewater discharged into a combined sewerage system. The thesis is divided into research and practical part. The research part provided the base for the processing of the practical part. The practical part describes and assesses a specific malting plant in Tábor in terms of water management. The current state of water management is assessed and then the risks and deficits in this area are analyzed. On this basis, measures are subsequently proposed to improve water management and eliminate or mitigate current deficits and risks. The work is also focused on technical and economic evaluation and prioritization of individual measures. The thesis revealed the potential for reduction of water consumption and the amount of wastewater discharged into a single sewerage system; and proposed appropriate measures to use this potential. The main measures include the possibility of recycling water in the production process, which can save up to 46 % of the water needed for malt production. A deficit in the management of stormwater, which is discharged into a combined sewerage system, was revealed, and therefore the work also focused on the proposal of measures in this area.
