Návrh optimalizace systému radiační měřicí sítě pro instituce a školy v ČR

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na funkčnost radiační měřicí sítě pro vybrané instituce v České republice a pro vybrané základní a střední školy k zajištění včasné informovanosti a zvýšení bezpečnosti občanů měst a obcí v České republice v rámci projektu RAMESIS. V teoretické části diplomové práce je popsán způsob institucionálního monitorování radiační situace na území České republiky. Dále je v teoretické části práce popsána radiační měřicí síť, která funguje v systému občanské měřitelnosti radiační situace. V praktické části diplomové práce jsou analyzována data z fixních stanic RAMESIS umístěných ve zbrojnicích jednotek sboru dobrovolných hasičů v Kraji Vysočina, v Jihomoravském kraji a v Jihočeském kraji, která jsou metodou kvantitativního měření zpracována. V další části praktického měření je provedena komparace vybraných detektorů SAFECAST v kalibrační laboratoři Státního ústavu radiační ochrany, v. v. i. Na základě komparace všech získaných dat byla navržena optimalizace systému radiační měřicí sítě.The thesis focuses on the functionality of the radiation measurement network for selected institutions in the Czech Republic and for selected elementary and secondary schools to ensure timely information and increase safety of citizens of towns and municipalities in the Czech Republic within the framework of the RAMESIS project. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the way of institutional monitoring of the radiation situation in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the radiation measurement network that works in the system of civic measurability of the radiation situation. The practical part of the thesis analyses data from fixed RAMESIS stations located in the armories of units of the volunteer fire brigade in the Vysočina Region, in the South Moravian Region and in the South Bohemian Region, which are processed by the quantitative measurement method. In the other part of the practical measurement, a comparison of selected SAFECAST detectors is performed in the calibration laboratory of the State Institute of Radiation Protection, v. v. i. Based on the comparison of all the obtained data, an optimization of the radiation measurement network system was proposed.
