Srovnání interakce čočka - rohovka na vybraném vzorku kontaktních čoček při objektivním i subjektivním hodnocení

Abstract

Práce se zabývá porovnáním subjektivních pocitů během aplikace kontaktních čoček, po jejich objektivním zhodnocení. Ke zpracování tohoto tématu mě, vedly i mé osobní zkušenosti, jako nositelky kontaktních čoček. Teoretická část se zabývá materiály na výrobu kontaktních čoček, jejich rozdělením do hlavních kategorií (měkké a tvrdé) a jejich vlastnostmi, které jsou pro kontaktní čočky specifické. Věnuje se tvarovým parametrům kontaktních čoček a komfortu jejich nošení. Cílem práce bylo porovnat subjektivní vnímání kontaktních čoček u jednotlivých vybraných materiálů. V experimentální části práce se zabývám porovnáním interakce oka s různými typy dostupných kontaktních čoček, a to jak z hlediska subjektivního pozorování, na vlastních očích, tak objektivních výsledků zjištěných na statistickém vzorku nositelů. Bylo zjištěno, že vnímání komfortu kontaktních čoček je individuální a každý jedinec vnímá jednotlivé čočky jinak. Přitom komfort kontaktních čoček se v průběhu dne snižuje, nezávisle na tom, zda se jedná o prvonositele či pravidelného nositele kontaktních čoček.This thesis focuses on comparing subjective perception of wearing contact lenses after their objective evaluation. I was led to this subject by my own experience with wearing contact lenses. The theoretical part deals with materials contact lenses are being made from, how they are divided into soft and hard, and their contact lenses' specific features. It also focuses on their shape parameters and the comfort of wearing them. The aim of this thesis was comparing the subjective experience of wearing contact lenses made from different materials. In the experimental part of this thesis I am focusing on comparing the interaction between the eye and the different available contact lenses, based on subjective observation while wearing them and also objective results given by the focus group of wearers. It was found that the wearing comfort of contact lenses is individual and every person feels differently about each contact lenses. All the while the comfort declines during the day, both for the first time wearer and the experienced one.
