Studie proveditelnosti 1. Konference české dermatologické společnosti

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je vypracování studie proveditelnosti pro vybraný projekt a násled-né vyhodnocení, jestli je projekt životaschopný. V první části práce jsou zpracována teoretická východiska. V úvodu je stručně popsáno projektové řízení, následuje definování a popis studie proveditelnosti. Závěrem teoretické části je charakteristika odvětví. V praktické části jsou aplikovány teoretické poznatky a konkrétní studie proveditelnosti projektu 1. Konference české dermatologické společnosti.The aim of this thesis is to develop a feasibility study for the selected project and then evaluate whether the project is viable. In the first part of the thesis the theoretical background is elabo-rated. The project management is briefly described in the introduction, followed by the defini-tion and description of the feasibility study as such. The theoretical part is followed by a descrip-tion of the industry. In the practical part, the theoretical knowledge, and the concrete feasibility study of project 1st Conference of the Czech Dermatological Society are applied.
