Plánování a realizace procesu rekrutace lidských zdrojů v rámci Armády České republiky

Abstract

Náplní této práce bude analýza plánování a realizace procesu získávání nových vojáků z povolání. Cílem práce bude analyzovat výchozí podmínky, možnosti, úskalí a výslednost procesu rekrutace v AČR. V teoretické části budou popsány právní normy a postupy, na základě kterých dochází k náboru vojenských profesionálů. Dále bude analyzován celý rekrutační proces od rozhodnutí zájemce stát se vojákem až po nástup ke konkrétnímu vojenskému útvaru. Praktická část se bude zabývat analýzou reálných dat o rekrutaci. Cílem analýz bude posoudit průběh, nedostatky a celkovou úspěšnost procesu získávání nových vojáků z povolání. Dalším cílem bude stanovit komplexní doporučení pro vyšší efektivitu procesu rekrutace v AČR.This work analyses the planning and the realisation of the process of recruiting new professional soldiers. The aim of this work is to describe the starting conditions, possibilities, difficulties and the result of the recruitment process in the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes legal norms and procedures which lead to the recruitment of the military professionals. Subsequently, the entire recruitment process is being analysed from the time of decision of the candidate to become a professional soldier to his / her entering of a particular military unit. The practical part deals with the analysis of the real recruitment data. The aim of the analysis is to assess the progress, shortcomings and overall process of recruiting new professional soldiers. Another aim is to provide comprehensive recommendation for the higher efficiency of the recruitment process in the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic.
