Optimalizace systému odvodu tepla z PC skříně

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou chlazení stolních počítačů a zkoumá možnosti zlepšení. Konkrétní návrh jsou kanály pro vzduch vyrobeny technologií FDM. Nejprve jsou definovány klíčové pojmy, jako jsou aditivní technologie, FDM a základní materiály. Následně jsou rozebrány komponenty počítače, jak se v nich generuje teplo a proč je důležité je chladit. V další části jsou popsány stávající metody chlazení a jejich srovnání. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na návrh vlastního řešení chlazení pomocí technologie FDM. Nejprve jsou provedeny výpočty a simulace pro odhad potenciálního zlepšení. Následně návrh a výroba samotných tištěných struktur. Na závěr je vliv tištěných struktur experimentálně ověřen.This bachelor's thesis investigates cooling in desktop computers and finds possibilities for improvement with FDM technology. The first part of this thesis describes additive manufacturing, especially FDM technology and available materials. The second part is about computer parts, how they work, how they generate heat and the importance of cooling. Next are current cooling methods and a comparison of their advantages and disadvantages. In the practical part, development and manufacturing of 3D printed parts to advance the cooling capabilities of computer. Along with CFD simulation and calculations for estimation of results. In the last segment, experimental verification of these 3D printed parts regarding changes in temperature and power.
