Možnosti ovlivnění refluxní choroby jícnu s důrazem na aktivaci bránice pomocí metody dynamické neuromuskulární stabilizace (DNS)

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat ovlivněním refluxní choroby jícnu (gastroesophageal reflux disease GERD) pomocí správného zapojení bránice do respiračně-posturální funkce za využití metody dynamické neuromuskulární stabilizace (DNS) a v menší míře také bude zaměřená na využití dalších možností léčby v podobě manuálních technik ovlivňující funkci struktur spojených s nemocí. V teoretické části autorka seznámí čtenáře s funkční anatomii jícnu, žaludku a bránice. Popsána bude také definice, symptomatologie a etiopatogeneze onemocnění. V metodické části budou přiblíženy vybrané vyšetřovací metody a terapeutické postupy, které budou následně použity ve speciální části bakalářské práce. Ve speciální části autorka podrobně popíše vstupní kineziologické vyšetření probandů, obsahující dotazníky na symptomy GERD a popsán bude dopodrobna postup a průběh jednotlivých terapií a následně i výstupní vyšetření probandů. Výsledky budou interpretovány pomocí tabulek, kde bude porovnáno vstupní a výstupní vyšetření, a především zhodnoceny a porovnány dotazníky, konkrétně zda se podařilo dosáhnout zlepšení, nebo vymizení symptomů GERD. V diskusi bude práce porovnána se současnými studiemi, které se zabývají podobnou intervencí při léčbě onemocnění, nebo zcela jinými postupy a zhodnocena úspěšnost terapie.The bachelor thesis will deal with the influence of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) through the correct involvement of the diaphragm in the respiratory-postural function using the method of dynamic neuromuscular stabilization (DNS) and to a lesser extent will also focus on the use of other treatment options in the form of manual techniques affecting the function of structures associated with the disease. In the theoretical part, the author will introduce the reader to the functional anatomy of the esophagus, stomach and diaphragm. The definition, symptomatology and etiopathogenesis of the disease will also be described. In the methodological part, selected examination methods and therapeutic procedures will be presented, which will be subsequently used in the special part of the bachelor thesis. In the special part, the author will describe in detail the initial kinesiological examination of probands, including questionnaires on GERD symptoms, and the procedure and course of individual therapies will be described in detail, followed by the exit examination of probands. The results will be interpreted by means of tables comparing the initial and final examinations and, above all, evaluating and comparing the questionnaires, specifically whether there was an improvement or disappearance of GERD symptoms. In the discussion, the work will be compared with current studies that deal with similar interventions for the treatment of the disease or completely different approaches and the success of the therapy will be evaluated.
