Využívání systému manažerských informací

Abstract

Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na informační systémy, které slouží pro sběr, přenos, uchování, transformaci a poskytování dat. Dalším tématem této práce jsou manažerské informační systémy, které slouží střednímu managementu jako podpora pro taktické rozhodování a nástroj pro stanovení aktuálního stavu podniku. V praktické částí řeší analýzu podniku XY. Na základě této analýzy stanovuje požadavky na nové podnikové systémy. V závěru práce identifikuje rizika spojená s implementací manažerského informačního systému.The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is oriented on information systemems that are used for data collection, transmission, storage, transformation and providing. Another topic of this thesis are management information systems, which serve to middle management as a support for tactical desicion making and as a tool for determinig the current state of the company. In the practical part the bachelor thesis solves an analysis of the company XY. Based on this analysis, it determinets requirements for new enterprise systems. At the end the thesis identifies the risks associated with an implementation of management information system.
