Abstract
Tato práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a implementaci softwarových nástrojů pro zlepšení řízení a týmové spolupráce studentského týmu eForce Prague Formula, který se zabývá vývojem a konstrukcí závodního monopostu pro mezinárodní studentskou soutěž Formula Student. Cílem této práce je provést analýzu stávajícího řešení řízení a komunikace v týmu, identifikovat hlavní nedostatky a problémy stávajícího řešení a navrhnout efektivnější softwarové nástroje a postupy při práci s nimi.
This thesis focuses on the analysis and implementation of software tools to improve the management and teamwork of the eForce Prague Formula student team, which is engaged in the development and construction of a racing car for the international Formula Student competition. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the existing team management and communication solution, identify the main shortcomings and problems of the existing solution and propose more effective software tools and workflows.
