Identifikace nových potřeb pracovníků Integrovaného záchranného systému

Abstract

Výkonnost Integrovaného záchranného systému je závislá na možnostech a omezeních pracovníků. Analýza pracovních postupů spolu s potřebami zaměstnanců je proto významným krokem ke zjištění slabých míst a k následnému zvýšení kvality výstupu. Záměrem této práce, je zmapovat současný stav v oblasti pracovních procesů a navrhnout inovativní řešení s následnou implementací a zhodnocením účinnosti včetně finančního přínosu pro organizaci.The efficiency of the Integrated Rescue System is dependent on theoptions and restrictions of the workers. That´s why the analisys of the work procedure together with the needs of the workers form the significant steptowards the recognition of the weak points and the subsequent increasing of the quality of the output. It is the intention of this work to survey the present situation of the working proces field and to suggest the innovative solution together with the following implementation and the evaluation of the efficiency including the financial gain for the organization.
