Analýza stresu v konkrétní organizaci

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vyhodnocení a analýzu stresu ve specifické organizaci. Je rozdělena do dvou částí – teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá obecným přehledem problematiky stresu, včetně popisu jednotlivých fází stresu a strategií, které mohou pomoci překonat stresové situace. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu stresu v konkrétní organizaci. V této části je provedena konkrétní studie a vyhodnocení míry stresu v dané organizaci. Cílem je identifikovat souvislosti míry stresu s délkou odpracovaných let, stejně tak míru stresu s tlakem na výkon a zjistit potencionální zdroje stresu a navrhnout způsoby eliminace. Na základě dotazníku se ukázalo, že více než polovina zaměstnankyň zažívá vysokou míru stresu. Nebyla prokázána žádná spojitost mezi délkou odpracovaných let a mírou stresu, stejně jako mezi mírou stresu a tlakem na výkon. Největším zdrojem stresu pro zaměstnankyně jsou sociální stresory, především zákazníci a kolegové, zatímco mezi pracovními stresory vynikají odpovědnost a délka pracovní doby.

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the evaluation and analysis of stress in specific organization. It is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with a general overview of the issue of stress, including a description of individual phases of stress and strategies that can help overcome stressful situations. The practical part focus on stress analysis in specific organization. In this part, a specific study and evaluation of the level of stress in the given organization is carried out. The goal is to identify the relationship between the level of stress and the length of years worked, as well as the level of stress and the pressure to perform and identify potential sources of stress and propose methods of elimination. Based on the questionnaire results, it was found that more than half of the female employees experience a high level of stress. There was no demonstrated correlation between years of work experience and stress levels, nor between stress levels and performance pressure. The primary sources of stress for female employees are social stressors, particularly customers and colleagues, while work-related stressors include responsibility and working hours.
