Predikce procesů plánování údržby letadlové techniky v letecké dopravě

Abstract

Plánování údržby letadel je nedílnou součástí samotného procesu údržby. Je důležité sledovat celý proces plánování, ale i samotné vykonání údržby a zlepšovat jeho atributy. Mezi ně patří zvýšení efektivity, což může být dosaženo snížením chybovosti v procesu, doplněním funkcí údržbových systémů pro podporu techniků údržby a snížením potřebného času pro samotné plánování dodáním nových funkcí. Práce si bere za cíl najít způsob, jak tyto parametry vylepšit. Pomocí parciálních cílů jsou definovány postupně způsoby práce s nestrukturovanými daty, které zvyšují míru podpory technického personálu. Dále využtí znalosti v historických datech pro řazení úkolů údržby v těžké údržbě na základně a v neposlední řadě definice nových funkcí daných na základě nových metod plánování a srovnání s konvenční metodou plánování. V poslední části je shrnut systém plánování, jenž využívá tyto pokročilé funkce plánování.Aircraft maintenance planning is an integral part of the maintenance process itself. It is important to monitor the entire planning process, but also the maintenance itself and improve its atributes. These include increasing efficiency, which can be achieved by reducing the error rate in the process, supplementing the functions of maintenance systems to support maintenance engineergs, and reducing the time needed for planning itself by adding new functions. The work aims to find a way to improve these parameters. With the help of partial goals, ways of working with unstructured data are gradually defined, which increase the level of support of the technical staff. Furthemore, the use of knowledge in historical data for the ordering of maintenance tasks in heavy maintenance at the base and last but not least the definition of new functions given on the basis of new planning methods and comparison with the conventional planning method. The last part summarizes the planning system that uses the advanced planning functions.
