Webový informační systém menší politické strany

Abstract

V této bakalářské práci se čtenář dočte o analýze, návrhu a implementaci informačního systému. Součástí analýzy je popis funkčních a nefunkčních požadavků, případů užití a identifikace uživatelských rolí. V návrhu jsem se zabýval architekturou webové alikace a uživatelským rozhraním. Tento informační systém byl vytvořen pro menší politickou stranu, aby nahradil nedostačující evidenci vedenou v programu Microsoft Excel. Informační systém je určen k evidenci členů strany, volebních výsledků a volebních komisí. Součástí informačního systému je MySQL databáze pro ukládání dat a webová aplikace napsaná v PHP. V bakalářské práci je také zahrnuto ekonomicko-manažerské zhodnocení nákladů na pořízení a provoz informačního systému, a popis přínosů pro politickou stranu. Přínosem informačního systému je zejména zjednoduššení agendy politické strany a zabezpečení přístupu k evidovaným datům.

This bachelor's thesis looks into the analysis, design and implementation of information system. Analysis contains description of functional and non-functional requirements, use case scenarios and user roles identification. In the design part I described the chosen architecture and created a basic design of user interface. This information system was created to replace ineffective Microsoft Excel tables for recording the data. Information system is therefore used to record data about political party members, election committees and results of elections. The information system consists of MySQL database for data storing and PHP web application. This bachelor's thesis also contains economical evaluation of the purchase and running expenses of the information system. I also described the benefits of the new information system to the political party. The main benefits so far is the simplification of data recording and safe access to data.
