Průkaz energetické náročnosti budov vs. reálná spotřeba

Abstract

Práce se zabývá výpočtem průkazu energetické náročnosti budov. Na vzorku tří rodinných domů s odlišnou dobou výstavby, resp. s různými tepelně technickými vlastnostmi byl proveden výpočet potřeby tepla na vytápění. Ta je následně porovnána s reálnou spotřebou tepla daného domu v letech 2015-2021 a je stanovena odchylka těchto hodnot. Dále jsou v práci diskutovány vlivy vstupních údajů a okrajových podmínek na výslednou potřebu tepla na vytápění. V poslední části se práce věnuje výpočtu potřeby tepla denostupňovou metodou. Následně jsou vypočítány korekční činitele denostupňové metody pro stanovení potřeby tepla na vytápění shodné s reálnou a vypočítanou (v PENB) hodnotou.The main goal of the following diploma thesis is to investigate energy certificates of different buildings. A sample of three family houses with different years of construction and thus different thermal properties was chosen for this investigation. The difference between calculated energy consumption for heating and real energy consumption in the years 2015-2021 was evaluated. Furthermore, this document explores the influences of input values and boundary conditions of the resulting energy demand for heating. In the last part, there are calculations and evaluations of energy consumption for heating calculated by the day-degree method and the correction factor is determined to get the same results as in the energy performance certificates and as the real energy demand.
