Rodinný dům

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného řadového domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu v Praze, k.u. Hostivař. Dům je umístěný v ulici Miranova, je krajní v řadě. Stavba má 1 podzemní a 2 nadzemní podlaží. Každé podlaží má svůj účel užívání. Součastí domu je office pro překladatele.Hlavní výhodou polohy rodinného domu je orientace ke světovým stranam: na jih, západ a východ z čehož vychází hmota domu. Dominantním prvkem je velká prosklená plocha z jižní strany fasády. Materiálovým řešením domu je železobetonová konstrukce, na fasádě je dřevěné obložení.

The theme of Bachelor thesis is the project of a family row house, for a family of four people in the city of Prague, the Hostivař district. The house is located on Miranova Street, the last in a row. The building has 1 and 2 above-ground floors. Each floor has its purpose of use. Part of the house is an office for a translator. The main benefit of the location of the family house is the orientation to the sunny sides: to the South, to the West, and to the East, that affects the shape of the buliding. The dominant element is a large glazed space on the South side of the facade. The structures used in the building are reinforced concrete constructions, the facade cladding is wooden.
