Analýza manažerského systému kvality vybrané firmy

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá požadavky na implementaci systému managementu kvality dle normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 a zaměřuje se na konkrétní oblasti s potenciálem pro zlepšení ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část práce vysvětluje principy této normy a vymezuje pojmy jako jsou kvalita, certifikace, systém managementu kvality nebo vývojové diagramy. V praktické části této diplomové práce je cílem analýza systému managementu kvality vybrané společnosti, která spočívá ve formulaci požadavků systému managementu kvality a návrhu konkrétních doporučení, která mohou přispět ke zlepšení a efektivnosti systému.The thesis focuses on the requirements for the implementation of the quality management system according to the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 standard and targets on specific areas with potential for improvement in the selected company. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the principles of this standard and defines terms such as quality, certification, quality management system or flowcharts. The practical part of this thesis analyses the quality management system of the selected company, which is based on the definition of the requirements of the quality management system and the suggestion of specific recommendations that can contribute to the improvement and efficiency of the system.
