Motivace zaměstnanců v podniku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na motivaci zaměstnanců v podniku. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy motivace, demotivace a pracovní spokojenost. Dále jsou zde uvedeny teorie obecné motivace a teorie pracovní motivace. V praktické části je obsažen průzkum v podobě dotazníků a rozhovorů. Tyto metody byly zaměřeny na průzkum motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců v konkrétním podniku a také na analýzu dosavadních motivačních prostředků. Cílem práce je zhodnotit efektivitu motivačních prostředků používaných v podniku a provést jejich analýzu, případně navrhnout nové a účinnější způsoby motivace.This bachelor thesis is focused on motivation of employees in the company. The theoretical part explains concept of motivation, demotivation and satisfaction. The theories of general motivation and work motivation are also cited in this part. The practical part of thesis includes a research in form of questionnaires and interviews. These methods were focused on exploraiton of motivation and satisfaction of employees in the company and also on analysis of existing motivational instruments. The aim of this thesis is to evulate the efficiency of motivational instruments, which are used in the company and make an analysis, eventually suggest new and more efficient ways of motivation.
