PALMOVKA - MĚSTSKÝ PALÁC

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh městského paláce jako nového iniciačního bodu transformačního území Palmovka. Návrh reaguje na potenciál území stát se novým plnohodnotným subcentrem Prahy a středobodem lokality Palmovka. Dům je umístěn na nárožní pozici křižovatky Palmovka na důležitém dopravním uzlu. Vytváří pomyslnou vstupní bránu do nového území s centrálním parkem. Cílem návrhu je vytvořit místo, kde se příjemně bydlí, pracuje, sportuje, relaxuje a kulturně žije. Přízemí s pasážemi se otevírá veřejnosti prostřednictvím služeb a obchodu. Ve vyšších podlažích se nachází velké divadlo, malá alternativní scéna, galerie, fitness centrum, administrativa a bydlení.

The aim of the diploma thesis is a project of a city palace as a new initiation point of the Palmovka transformation area. The project responds to the potential of the area to become a new fully-fledged sub-center of Prague and the center of Palmovka. The house is located at the corner of the Palmovka intersection, an important traffic point. It creates an imaginary gateway to a new area with a central park. The goal of this project is to create a place, where people live, work, relax, study and having good time in theater or gallery. The ground floor with passages welcomes public thanks to services and shops. On the upper floors there are a large theater, a small alternative stage, a gallery, a fitness center, administration and flats.
