Zhodnocení nové investice pro firmu *COM

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na investiční rozhodování o zavedení CRM systému ve firmě *COM s. r. o. Cílem práce je zhodnotit novou investici a analyzovat firmu před a po zavedení investice. Součástí rozhodování o novém investičním projektu je také analýza firmy a to nejen finanční, ale také analýza vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí. V teoretické části jsou definovány jednotlivé analýzy a popsány detailně. Dále se zabývám investicemi samotnými. Zde je důležité popsat nejen jejich klasifikaci, ale také samotný investiční proces, která se skládá z několika fází. Pro správné ekonomické zhodnocení je důležité si stanovit plán cash flow a diskontní sazbu. Teoretická část je poté ukončena metodami zhodnocení investic. V praktické části jsou poté jednotlivé metody použity a vyhodnoceny. V závěru je pak řečeno doporučení pro firmu.The thesis is focused on the possible implementation of CRM system in *COM Ltd and whether or not it would be a worthwhile investment. The part of decision about the new investment project is also the analysis of the company, not only financial, but also analysis of the external and internal environment. In the theoretical part, the individual analyses are described. It also discusses the investment themselves. It is important to describe not only their classification but also the actual investment process that consists of several phases. For a proper economic appreciation, it is important to set a cash flow plan and a discount rate. The theoretical part is concluded by methods of investment appreciation. In the practical part, the individual methods are used and evaluated. In conclusion, there is a recommendation for the company.
