Abstract
V diplomové práci je hodnocen potenciál krajských měst pro investování do nemovitostí určených k dlouhodobému pronájmu. Krajská města byla předem vybrána podle zvolených parametrů. Pro zpracování tématu je sestaven systém hodnotících kritérií, podle kterých se budou daná města analyzovat a hodnotit. Cílem diplomové práce je porovnání potenciálu krajských měst a následné vyhodnocení, které krajské město by bylo nejvhodnější pro investici do nemovitosti za účelem dlouhodobého pronájmu.
The thesis evaluates the potential of regional cities for investing in real estate intended for long-term rental. The regional cities were pre-selected according to the selected parameters. For processing the topic, a system of evaluation criteria is compiled, according to which the given cities will be analyzed and evaluated. The aim of the thesis is to compare the potential of regional cities and then evaluate which regional city would be the most suitable for investment in real estate for the purpose of long-term rental.
