REVITALIZACE MĚSTSKÉHO PROSTORU: NÁVRH URBÁNNÍHO BLOKU V TÝNĚ NAD VLTAVOU

Abstract

Táto diplomová práce se navázuje na diplomní seminář a věnuje se revitalizaci městského bloku a renovaci stávajícího objektu v sámem srdci města Týn nad Vltavou. Renovasce se týká stavby obchodního domu Bety, který byl postavěn v 80-ých letech minulého století. Dnes je objekt skoro nevyužíván a existuje jako duch bývalé doby. Jíž od začátku výstavby měla budova Bety velkou kritiku kvůli bourání organické středověké zástavby.This thesis builds on the diploma seminar and focuses on the revitalization of an urban block and the renovation of an existing building in the very heart of the town of Týn nad Vltavou. The renovation concerns the Bety department store, which was built in the 1980s. Today, the building is almost unused and exists as a ghost of a bygone era. From the very beginning of its construction, the Bety building faced strong criticism due to the demolition of the organic medieval buildings in the area.
