Fyzioterapie pacienta s roztroušenou sklerózou s přidruženými diagnózami

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na fyzioterapii u pacientky s roztroušenou sklerózou, jejíž stav je komplikován především progresivní stenózou páteřního kanálu a již proběhlou operační stabilizací úseku L2-4. Práce je zpracována formou kazuistiky. Teoretická část zahrnuje současné informace o roztroušené skleróze a možnostech využití fyzioterapie u této nevyléčitelné choroby v kombinaci s dalším omezením pohybového aparátu daným provedenou operací. V metodice jsou zpracovány teoretické informace o použitých vyšetřovacích a terapeutických metodách, které byly následně převedeny do praxe. Ve speciální části jsou uvedeny základní informace o vývoji onemocnění, vstupní vyšetření, na jehož základě byl vypracován krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán a sepsány jednotlivé terapeutické jednotky. V kapitole Výsledky jsou uvedeny výstupní data a je zde zhodnocen efekt aplikované terapie. V průběhu terapie došlo k mírnému nárůstu svalové síly a subjektivně vnímanému zlepšení kvality života pacientky. V Závěru práce je zhodnoceno splnění daných cílů a přínos práce. V Diskusi je pojednáno o problematice vybraného tématu.

The bachelor thesis is focused on physiotherapy of a female patient with multiple sclerosis whose health condition is complicated mainly by progressive stenosis of the spinal canal and stabilisation of segment L2-4 by past surgery. The thesis is processed as a case report. The theoretical part includes current information about multiple sclerosis and possibilities of using physiotherapy in this incurable disease in combination with other limitation of the musculoskeletal system caused by the operation. The methodology processes theoretical information about used examination and therapeutic methods, which were subsequently put into practice. The special part contains basic information about the development of the disease, the initial examination on the basis of which the short-term and the long-term rehabilitation plan was developed, and individual therapeutic units were written. In the chapter Results, the output data is presented, and the effect of applied therapy is evaluated. During therapy, there was a slight increase in muscle strength and a subjectively perceived improvement in the patient's quality of life. The Conclusion of the thesis evaluates the fulfilment of given goals and the contribution of the work. The Discussion details the chosen topic.
