Peer podpora v Systému psychosociální intervenční služby

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaobírá problematikou poskytování peer podpory v rámci Systému psychosociální intervenční služby. Konkrétně je zde řešena oblast poskytování skupinových metod psychosociální podpory zdravotníkům. Teoretická část se primárně zaměřuje na objasnění základních pojmů z oblasti psychosociální pomoci, rovněž na vysvětlení možných příčin stresu, reakce při nastalých traumatizujících událostech a taky důvody, kdy by měl profesionální zdravotník výše zmíněnou pomoc využít. Tuto službu zajišťuje u poskytovatelů zdravotnické péče Systém psychosociální intervenční služby, který je v rámci této teoretické části podrobně popsán, včetně definice skupinových metod psychosociálního ošetření zdravotníků. Právě praktická část řeší skupinové metody ošetření. Zaobírá se efektivitou, významem a možnostmi případného zlepšení celorepublikového systému poskytování tohoto druhu ošetření. K zodpovězení stanovených hypotéz v této problematice nám pomohly výsledky dotazníkového šetření a společně se SWOT analýzou přispěly ke splnění cílů této práce.

This diploma thesis reviews a controversial topic of providing peer support within the Psychosocial Intervention Service System. Specifically addresses the area of providing group methods of psychosocial support to health professionals. The theoretical part focuses primarily on clarifying the basic concepts of psychosocial assistance, as well as on explaining the possible causes of stress, the reaction to traumatic events and the reasons why a health professional should use the above-mentioned assistance. The assistance is provided for health care institutions by the Psychosocial Intervention Service System, which is described in detail in this theoretical part, including the definition of group methods of psychosocial treatment of health professionals. It is the practical part that deals with group treatment methods. It reviews the effectiveness, importance and possibilities of potential improvement of the nationwide system of providing this type of treatment. The results of the questionnaire survey helped us to answer the established hypotheses within these problematics, and together with the SWOT analysis they contributed to the fulfillment of the goals of this diploma thesis.
