Abstract

Předmětem magisterské práce "Optimalizace revenue managementu pro vybranou společnost byznys letectví" je analýza a formulace modelu revenue managementu pro vybranou obchodní leteckou společnost. Práce se zaměřuje na důkladnou případovou studii konkrétní společnosti působící v oblasti business aviation s cílem identifikovat a zavést do praxe efektivní strategii revenue managementu pro zvýšení ziskovosti. Práce nabízí široký přehled leteckého odvětví se zaměřením na business aviation a hloubkovou analýzu jeho funkcí, procesů a cenové taktiky. Dále je zkoumána složitost revenue managementu a mnoho prvků, které jej v business aviation ovlivňují. Výzkum zahrnuje důkladné prozkoumání vybrané organizace, včetně pohledu na strukturu jejích nákladů na lety a určení faktorů, které mají největší vliv na revenue management. Důležitým aspektem studie je využití Saatyho metody (AHP), která pomáhá identifikovat primární rozhodovací prvky, jež se objevují během procesu prodeje. Po analýze výdajů je vytvořen model optimalizace tržeb, který zohledňuje všechny poznatky z předchozích procesů. Tento model je následně ověřen pomocí historických dat, čímž je zajištěna jeho relevance a efektivita v reálných situacích. Vytvořený model je účinným nástrojem pro řízení výnosů v obchodní letecké dopravě a poskytuje informace pro strategické i taktické rozhodování. Kromě zlepšení činnosti zkoumané organizace výzkum zlepšuje poznatky v oblasti řízení příjmů v obchodním letectví, která je v současné době nedostatečně prozkoumána.

The subject master's thesis "Revenue Management Optimization for a Selected Business Aviation Company" is concerned with the analysis and formulation of revenue management model for the selected business aviation company. The thesis focuses on a thorough case study of a particular business aviation company with the goal of identifying and putting into practice efficient revenue management strategies to increase profitability. The thesis offers a broad review of the aviation sector with a focus on business aviation, as well as an in-depth analysis of its functions, processes, and pricing tactics. The complexity of revenue management is further explored, along with the many elements that affect it in business aviation. The research entails a thorough examination of the chosen organization, including a look at its flight cost structure and the determination of the factors that have the greatest influence on revenue management. The use of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), which aids in identifying the primary decision-making elements that emerge during the sales process, is an important aspect of the study. A revenue optimization model is developed after the expenses analysis, taking into consideration all insights from the earlier processes. This model is then verified using historical data, ensuring its relevance and effectiveness in real-world situations. The created model is an efficient instrument for business aviation revenue management, providing information for both strategic and tactical decision-making. In addition to improving the operations of the organization under investigation, the research improves knowledge in the field of business aviation's revenue management, which is currently understudied.
