Vliv tepelné vodivosti postřiku kovové formy na kvalitu odlitku ze slitiny Al-Si

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá fyzikálními vlastnostmi postřiků kovových forem a to konkrétně jejich tepelnou vodivostí. Experiment, který zkoumal vlastnosti postřiků, se realizoval ve společnosti BENEŠ a LÁT a.s. Při navrhování experimentu byl kladen vysoký důraz na to, aby podmínky, za kterých se daný postřik (či jejich kombinace) zkoumal, co možná nejvíce odpovídaly skutečnému výrobnímu procesu. Hlavním cílem tohoto experimentu byla korekce vstupních parametrů do simulačního softwaru, za potom zjištění skutečných hodnot koeficientů přestupu tepla mezi taveninou a stěnou formy. Zjištěné hodnoty byly následně ověřeny simulačním softwarem MAGMA5 a porovnány se skutečným procesem sériové výroby odlitku pro renomovaného zákazníka.This diploma thesis deals with the physical properties of sprays of metallic forms, namely their thermal conductivity. An experiment that investigated the properties of spraying was carried out at BENEŠ and LÁT a.s. During the design of the experiment, the emphasis was placed on the conditions whcn the spraying (or combination thereof) was investigated, as closely as possible to the actual production process. The main goal of this experiment was to correct the input parameters in the simulation software by detecting the actual values of heat transfer coefficients between the melt and the mold wall.
