Specifika terapie ran u lidí bez domova

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce jsou specifika terapie chronických ran u lidí bez domova. Cílem je vyzdvihnout význam odlišností vyskytujících se při léčbě chronických ran u osob bez přístřeší oproti osobám s trvalým bydlištěm. V teoretické části je na základě dostupné literatury charakterizován pojem bezdomovectví. Detailněji jsou zde objasněny nejčastější zdravotní problémy, se kterými se lidé žijící na ulici potýkají, a to jak duševní, tak tělesné a jejich specifika. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována problematice péče o chronické rány, jednotlivým fázím hojení a faktorům, jež mohou proces hojení u lidí žijících na ulici negativně ovlivnit. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zpracována pomocí čtyř případových studií. U vybraných osob bez domova byly po určitou dobu ošetřovány chronické rány na dolních končetinách, přičemž byl sledován jejich stav a průběh hojení. V rámci ošetřovatelské intervence byla rovněž odebrána stručná anamnéza, na jejímž základě se práce snaží identifikovat možné příčiny komplikovaného hojení a poukázat na specifika procesu hojení u osob bez domova.

This bachelors thesis concerns the specifics of wound therapy of homeless people. The objective is to highlight differences between the treatment of chronic wounds in homeless people and people with permanent residence. The theoretical part defines the concept of homelessness based on a review of the available literature. The theoretical section describes what homelessness is and the main health problems homeless people deal with, both mental and physical. In particular the treatment of wounds, phases of healing and factors influencing healing. The practical part of this bachelors thesis is based on four case studies. In selected individuals experiencing homelessness, chronic wounds on the lower limbs were treated over a defined period, during which their condition and the healing process were continuously monitored. As part of the nursing intervention, a brief medical history was obtained, which served as the basis for identifying potential causes of impaired wound healing and for highlighting the specific characteristics of the healing process in people experiencing homelessness.
