Abstract

Dům k bydlení, dům, v němž se žije. Společně v soukromí nedaleko náměstí města Lanškroun. Dům zasazen do uliční proluky, který na stávající zástavbu reaguje a zároveň ji s pokorou a jakousi výrazovou čistotou respektuje. Skrze celou budovu vede schodišťová komunikace, která spojuje patra, jednotlivé prostory mezonetových bytů a obyvatele celého domu. Schéma domu vychází ze snahy jasně definovat a rozdělit prostory pro technické zázemí budovy, komunikace a obytné místnosti. Z těchto úvah vzešel koncept řešeného bytového domu o třech prostorově velkorysých bytových jednotkách. Snahou bylo navrhnout byty vzdušné, překvapivé svou mezonetovou dispozicí a místy k relaxu, kterému slouží společná zahrada, terasy či velkorysé společné místnosti.

House to live in, house where the life flourish. Together in private space near the Lanškroun centre. The house is set in a street gap, where it tries to react on the surrounding development and has humble and respectful appereance together with the kind of expressive purity. A stairway leads through the whole building and connects the floors, the individual rooms of the duplex apartments and the inhabitants of the whole house. The scheme of the house offers in an effort to clearly define and divide the spaces for the technical background of buildings, roads and living rooms. From these ideas came out the concept of an apartment building with three spatially generous housing units. The aim was to design duplex apartments with spatious layout and places to relax- shared garden, terraces or generous common spaces.
