Abstract
Tato práce se zabývá mzdovou politikou podniku konkrétního podniku. V teoretické části je na základě literatury jsou vypracovány koncepty, které slouží jako podklad pro tvorbu vlastní analýzy. V praktické části je provedení popisu reálné mzdové politiky podniku, kde po sběru dat a použití statistických vzorců navrhnuta různá doporučení na případnou změnu v mzdové politice podniku.
This thesis deals with the wage policy of a particular enterprise. In the theoretical part, on the basis of literature, concepts are developed which serve as a basis for creating own analysis. The practical part is to describe the real wage policy of the company, where after the data collection and the use of the statistical formulas various recommendations for a possible change in the wage policy of the company have been proposed.
