Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce BD Budějovická je stavební návrh objektu a vypracování výkresové dokumentace objektu v úrovni pro stavební povolení s rozšířenou částí detailů dle zadaného rozsahu, dále základní energetická koncepce s cílem dosažení nízkoenergetického standardu. Detailní energetické posouzení je v rámci bakalářské práce provedeno ve čtyřech lehce odlišných variantách s následnou volbou nejlepšího řešení. Bytový dům byl navržen na základě architektonické studie. Jedná se o pětipodlažní částečně podsklepený objekt včetně návrhu zpevněných ploch. Práce obsahuje předběžné statické výpočty, základní zjednodušené bilance budovy, průvodní zprávu, technickou zprávu, posouzení budovy v programu Energie 2019 a porovnání jednotlivých variant s přiloženým energetickým průkazem zvolené varianty a výkresovou dokumentaci včetně vybraných detailů.The aim of Bachelor thesis Budějovická residential building is construction design of the object and drawing documentation in the level of documentation for building permit with extended part of details, according the assignment details, further elementary energetic concept with aim of achieving the low energy building standard. Thorough energetic assessment is within the Bachelor thesis made in four slightly different variations with consecutive choice of the very best solution. The residential building was designed based on the architectural design. The object is five-story building and it has a partial basement. The design includes also paved surface. Thesis contains tentative static design, elementary simplified balance of the building, covering report, technical report, assessment of building in programme Energie 2019 and a comparison of the variations with an enclosed energy certificate of elected variation and drawing documentation included the selected details.
