Abstract

Práce rozvíjí studii na téma Nové formy bydlení v rostlém prostředí historického města. Výsledkem studie je bytový dům inspirovaný v českém prostředí stále ještě poměrně netradiční typologií zvanou townhouse. Tento bytový dům se skládá z 12 čtyřpodlažních bytů. Každý z bytů si zachovává výhody městského rodinného domu - vstup je z úrovně terénu, do hlavní ulice je v přízemí orientován aktivní parter. V suterénu se nacházejí hromadné garáže, sklepní kóje a společné zázemí domu.This thesis develops a study on the topic New Forms of Housing in the Growing Environment of the Historic City. The result of the study was an apartment building inspired by a typology still relatively unconventional in the czech environment called townhouse. This apartment building consists of 12 four-storey apartments. Each of the flats retains the advantages of an urban family house - the entrance is at ground level, the ative ground floor is oriented to the main street. In the basement there is a colletive garage, cellar cubicles and common facilties of the house.
