Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení administrativní budovy Rustonka, která je řešena na úrovni nízkoenergetického domu. Hlavní částí projektu je architektonicko-stavební řešení, včetně vybraných stavebních detailů. Součástí projektové dokumentace je předběžné statické řešení stavebně konstrukčního řešení a koncepční návrh techniky prostředí staveb.Subject of the thesis is a development of project documentation for a construction permit of the administrative building called Rustonka, which is constructed at the level of a high energy-efficient house. The main part of the project is a architectural and construction solution, including selected construction details. Part of the project documentation is a preliminary static solution of the building and a conceptual design of technology of the building environment.
