Polyfunkční dům - Liberec

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce zpracovává návrh polyfunkčního domu v městské části Liberec Kunratice. Práce vychází z urbanistické studie, která byla zpracována v předdiplomním projektu. Cílem urbanistického návrhu bylo na nezastavěném území vytvořit novou příměstskou bytovou zástavbu s převahou bydlení. Návrh vychází ze čtyř bloků. Ty jsou směrem k hlučné silnici na severu uzavřené a otevírají se na jižní stranu. Předmětem diplomního projektu je zpracování architektonického návrhu nejvýchodnějšího bloku, který je uvažován jako polyfunkční dům. V parteru objektu jsou navrženy komerční prostory, v podlažích nad jsou bytové jednotky. Projekt obsahuje návrh ve formě studie, vybrané části projektu jsou v úrovni dokumentace pro stavební povolení.

This master thesis is a design of a mixed-use building in the Liberec Kunratice district. The work is based on an urban study, which was prepared in a pre-master project. The aim of the urban design was to create a new suburban housing development with a predominance of housing in the undeveloped area. The design is based on four blocks. These are closed towards the noisy road in the north and open to the south. The subject of the diploma project is the elaboration of an architectural design of the easternmost block, which is considered as a multifunctional house. Commercial premises are designed on the first floor of the building, and there are residential units on the floors above. The project contains a proposal in the form of a study, selected parts of the project are at the level of documentation for the building permit.
