Koncepce revitalizace historického jádra Krnova

Abstract

Projekt se zaměřuje na revitalizaci centra města Krnova s cílem posílit jeho městskou strukturu, propojit historické jádro s řekou Opavou a odstranit prostorové a dopravní bariéry, které dnes omezují jeho fungování. Návrh pracuje se zahuštěním centra, obnovou veřejných prostranství, rozvojem bydlení a koncentrací občanské vybavenosti. Důraz je kladen na podporu pěší a cyklistické dopravy, zklidnění automobilového provozu a zapojení zeleně a krajiny do městského prostředí.This project focuses on the revitalization of the city center of Krnov with the aim of strengthening its urban structure, reconnecting the historic core with the river, and removing spatial and transport barriers that currently limit its functionality. The proposal emphasizes densification of the city center, renewal of public spaces, development of housing, and the concentration of civic amenities. Particular attention is given to the support of pedestrian and cycling mobility, traffic calming, and the integration of green and landscape elements into the urban environment.
