Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce je finanční analýza vybraných stavebních společností s teoretickým i praktickým zpracováním finanční analýzy. V první části práce je popsáno, co to finanční analýza je, čím se zabývá, jak se s ní pracuje, a jak se vyhodnocuje. V praktické části jsou pak představeny dvě vybrané firmy (s jednou navázaná spolupráce) a následně vytvořeny finanční analýzy těchto firem dle dostupných informací z účetních podkladů. Analýzy jsou dále vyhodnoceny a firmy porovnány.
The subject of bachelor thesis is financial analysis of selected construction companies with theoretical and practical processing of financial analysis. The first part of the thesis describes what the financial analysis is, what it is doing, how we can work with it and how we evaluates it. On practical part i present two selected companies (with one i am working together) and after i made financial analysis of both companies according available informations from accounting documents. Analyzes are evaluated and companies are compared.
