Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem urbanistické studie pro rozvojové území ve městě Písek, které přímo navazuje na historické jádro města. Cílem je vytvořit koncepční rámec pro dlouhodobě udržitelný rozvoj území, který zohledňuje historický kontext, potřeby obyvatel, krajinné vztahy i změny klimatu. Hlavním motivem je vytvoření spojité zelené osy z centra do krajiny, která skrze veřejná prostranství, sdílené zóny a rekreační plochy propojuje městské jádro s okolní přírodou. Práce vychází z analýzy stávajícího stavu a navrhuje etapizaci rozvoje, která reflektuje současné limity, technické podmínky i hodnoty kulturní krajiny.This diploma thesis focuses on the design of an urban development study for a strategic area in the city of Písek, directly adjacent to the historic city center. The aim is to establish a conceptual framework for the long-term sustainable development of the territory, taking into account the historical context, the needs of local residents, landscape relationships, and the impacts of climate change. The central theme of the proposal is the creation of a continuous green axisfrom the city center to the landscapewhich connects the urban core with the surrounding nature through a system of public spaces, shared zones, and recreational areas. The project is based on a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the site and proposes a phased development strategy that reflects current limitations, technical conditions, and the cultural and landscape values of the area.
