Abstract
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na extrakci polyhydroxybutyrátu z vlastní vypěstované řasy. Dále se soustředí na výzkum směsí biopolymerů, spojený s výrobou filamentu. Vytvořený filament se použil pro 3D tisk vzorků, na kterých se zkoumaly mechanické vlastnosti, mísitelnost směsi a vnitřní struktura. Závěrem se práce věnuje také degradaci biopolymerů, která je v této oblasti často diskutovaným tématem.
The diploma thesis focuses on the extraction of polyhydroxybutyrate from self-grown algae. Furthermore, it concentrates on the research of biopolymer mixtures, connected to the production of filament. The created filament was used for 3D printing of samples on which the mechanical properties, miscibility of the mixture and internal structure were investigated. In conclusion, the work also deals with the degradation of biopolymers, which is a frequently discussed topic in this area.
