Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem novostavby nad plánovanou stanicí metra D Náměstí Bratří Synků v ulici Otakarova. Cílem je stavba scelující rozbitou městskou strukturu a okolní prostranství. Na parcele v Otakarově a u železnice navrhuji výzkumné centrum. Parcely spojuje dlouhá lineární hmota členěná nornými jádry. Na Otakarově je umístěna část centra s kancelářemi a přidružený provoz vzdělávacího centra a studijní knihovny. Část u železnice slouží jako laboratoře a testovací hala a na železnici se napojuje. Dům je navržen jako most překlenujíc metro a ulici mezi parcelami.The Thesis deals with the proposal of a new building above projected metro D station Náměstí Bratří Synků in Otakarova street. The goal is to build a building that integrates local broken urban structure and the surrounding public space. I am proposing a research centre on a plot at Otakarova street and its neighbouring parcel near railway. The plots are connected by a long linear mass divided by loadbearing cores. Th part of the research cente at he Otakarova site serves as offices and the associated educational centre and study library. The part by the railway serves as laboratories and testing hall and is connected to the railway. The building is designed as a bridge overpassing the subway and the street between the plots.
