Liberec - Jablonecká ulice, polyfunkční dům

Abstract

V rámci urbnistického návrhu nové obytné čtvrti na území Textilany v Liberci vzniká nová polyfunkční budova. Jedná se o nárožní hlavní dominantu území, která otevírá nový život okolo Harcovského potoka. Urbanistický návrh lokality je založen na využítí zatrubněného harcovského potoka. Potok graduje v centru zástavby, která má městský charakter. Zástavba se postupně rozpadá z městského charakteru na volnější přírodnější strukturu. Nově vzniklá budova bude obsahovat komerční a kancelářské prostory. Původně navržená hmota je členěna na dvě vzájemně propojené hmoty, mezi kterými vznikají menší prostory tzv. venkovní zahrady. Do těchto zahrad budou mít zaměstnanci výhled, možnost oddychu se nabízí i na venkovních teráskách nad zahradou. Okolo celé nově vzniklé budovy je pak postavena předsazená ocelová konstrukce s venkovním stíněním vertikálních lamel, které udávají jinak složitější hmotě celistvost a jednoduchost pro své okolí. Dominantní zešikmené nároží budovy je podtrženo gradující výškou objektu a lamel. Trochu netradičně pojatá administrativní budova je tak svým vnějším i vnitřním vzhledem doplněna o jednoduše fungující dispoziční řešení. V pěší zóně před budovou bude umístěna tramvajová zastávka. Na východní straně od objektu je pak pěší zóna obklopená komercemi. Návrh navazuje na předdiplomní urbanistické řešení, následuje architektonická, stavební, statická a TZB část.

In order to design an urban study of a residential district in Liberec - Textilana, a new multifunctional building is designed. It is the domimant of the district, which opens new life around the Harcovsky brook. The urban design is based on reusing a truncated Harcovsky brook and proposing a new district around the brook. It extends in the center of the area. The urban structure slowly "breaks" from the typical town building character to a more natural structure. The newly designed building will consist of both commercial and office spaces. The originally designed mass is divided into two interconnected masses. Between them are created new smaller open spaces such as "outdoor gardens". Employees will have the view and the possibility of resting in the outdoor terraces over the gardens. Around the whole building is designed a steel construction baring a vertical shading slats. It makes the building look solid and simple to its surroundings. The dominant slanted corner of the building is amplified by the graduated height of the slats and the building itself. A slightly non-traditional conception of the administrative building is connected with its simple and functional plan proposal. In front of the building is proposed a tram stop in the pedestrian zone. On the eastern side of the building continues a pedestrian zone with commercial spaces. The urban design is attached in the first part, following the design itself, the thesis then continues with the construction, static and technical parts.
