Abstract

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je zpracování architektonické studie návrhu rodinných domů v Praze - Podolí. Vypracování části projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení je rovněž součástí zadání. ¨ Zadané území se nachází ve vyvýšené části města a umožňuje hezký výhled z obytných části budovy. Pozemek je svažitý a na severovýchodě přiléhá k místní komunikaci. Cílem bylo navrhnout moderní objekty pro bydlení, které budou měřítkově odpovídat okolní zástavbě. Výsledkem návrhu jsou tři dvojdomy. V projektu byla použitá velkoformátová bezrámová okna a alternativní zdroje energie.The subject of my bachelor thesis is the architectural study of family houses in the given area of Prague - Podolí. The elaboration of a part of the project documentation for building permit is also part of the assignment. The specified area is located in the elevated part of the city and offers a nice view from the residential part of the building. The terrain is sloping and in the northeast part of the land is adjacent to the local road. Intention of the study was to design modern buildings for housing, which size would fit to the buildings in the surrounding area. As the results of the study are three semi-detached houses. Large-format frameless windows and alternative energy sources were used in the project.
