Zajištění bezpečnosti Bolešského rybníka při povodních

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout formou studie proveditelnosti variantní řešení bezpečnostního přelivu Bolešského rybníka v okrese Český Krumlov, v majetku Povodí Vltavy, státní podnik. V práci je popsán současný stav funkčních objektů nádrže a dle terénního průzkumu jsou vybrána vhodná řešení. Za tímto účelem jsou v teoretické části práce uvedeny možné technické varianty bezpečnostních přelivů malých vodních nádrží a je popsána problematika jejich bezpečnosti při povodních s odkazem na příslušnou legislativu. Výsledkem práce je výkresová dokumentace navržených variant, jejich technický popis, výpočet rozsahu hlavních prací a zhodnocení majetkoprávních vztahů. Zpracované varianty jsou vzájemně porovnány a je doporučeno vhodné řešení. Práce má v budoucnu sloužit jako podklad pro další stupeň projektové dokumentace při realizace navržené úpravy.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to propose in the form of a feasibility study a variant solution of the safety spillway Bolešský pond in the district of Český Krumlov, which is owned by the Vltava River Basin, a state enterprise. The work describes the current state of the functional objects of the water reservoir and according to the field survey, suitable solutions are selected. For this purpose, the theoretical part of the work presents possible technical variants of safety spillways of small water reservoirs and describes the issue of their safety during floods with reference to the relevant legislation. The result of the work is the project documentation of the proposed variants, their technical description, calculation of the scope of the main works and evaluation of property relations. The processed variants are compared with each other and a more suitable solution is recommended. In the future, the work should serve as a basis for the next stage of project documentation in the implementation of the proposed modification.
