Finanční analýza stavebního podniku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční analýzou stavebního podniku a je rozdělena do dvou částí – teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je popisována samotná finanční analýza, zdroje dat, vybrané metody a ukazatele. Praktická část se zabývá finanční analýzou stavební společnosti Casta a.s., kdy jsou uplatňovány poznatky z teoretické části práce. Zdrojem dat pro analýzu jsou účetní závěrky společnosti z období od roku 2014 do roku 2018. Nejprve je charakterizována vybraná stavební společnost a následně je provedena samotná finanční analýza. Výsledky jsou interpretovány v kontextu celého odvětví stavebnictví a ekonomické situace v České republice.The bachelor thesis deals with the financial analysis of the construction company and it is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical one. In theoretical part, the description of the financial analysis, data sources, selected methods and indexes are presented. The practical part deals with the financial analysis of the company Casta a.s. by using the described methods from the theoretical part of the thesis. The financial statements of the company from between the years 2014 and 2018 are used as the data sources. At first, the selected construction company is characterized and than it is analyzed. The results are compared with the industry and evaluated in the context of the economical situation in the Czech Republic.
