Fyzioterapeutická intervence u dětského pacienta s encefalopatií KCNB1 se zaměřením na orofaciální oblast

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je přiblížení tématu fyzioterapeutické intervence u dětského pacienta s encefalopatií KCNB1 se zaměřením na orofaciální oblast. Přehled současného stavu zpracovává teoretické poznatky týkající se epilepsie a encefalopatie KCNB1. Jsou zde popsány příčiny vzniku, typické symptomy i možnosti léčby tohoto onemocnění. Závěrečná část této kapitoly je věnována orofaciální oblasti. Metodika práce obsahuje popis konkrétních vyšetřovacích a terapeutických postupů, které byly v průběhu terapie využity. Speciální část zpracovaná formou kazuistiky obsahuje anamnézu pacienta, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. V druhé části jsou popsány individuální terapeutické jednotky. Výstupní kineziologický rozbor uvedený v kapitole Výsledky je za účelem zhodnocení účinnosti terapie porovnán se vstupním vyšetřením. Konečná data potvrzují pozitivní dopad fyzioterapeutické intervence na stav pacienta. Diskuze se zabývá problematikou této diagnózy, tématem dětské fyzioterapie a vlivem rodičů na průběh i na výsledky léčby. V Závěru práce je hodnocen celkový přínos a splnění vytyčených cílů.The bachelor thesis aims to approach the topic of physiotherapic intervention in a pediatric patient with encephalopathy KCNB1 with a focus on the orofacial region. An Overview of the current state provides theoretical knowledge regarding to epilepsy and encephalopathy KCNB1. The causes, typical symptoms and treatment options for this disease are specified here. The final part of this chapter is devoted to the orofacial region. The Methodology contains a description of specific examination and therapeutic procedures that were used during therapy.The Special section processed in the form of a case report containing the patient's medical history, initial kinesiological analysis, short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan. In the second part are describe individual therapeutic units.The final kinesiological analysis presented in the section Results is compared with the initial examination to assess the efficacy of the therapy. The final data confirm the positive impact of physiotherapy intervention on the patient's condition.The Discussion deals with the issue of this diagnosis, a topic of pediatric physiotherapy and the influence of parents on the course and results of treatment. At the Conclusion of the thesis are evaluted the overall contribution and the fulfillment of set goals.
