Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá designérským návrhem zdravotní pomůcky, která slouží ke zkvalitnění diagnostiky a léčby pacientů s rizikem kardiovaskulárních chorob. Autorka zde kombinuje biomedicínské technologie a práci se šperkem a navrhuje řešení návrhem skleněného náramku, který umožňuje uživatelkám nepřetržitou prevenci. Důležitým cílem tohoto projektu je snaha zlepšit vztah pacientů k nošení zdravotních pomůcek na veřejnosti eliminováním negativních emocí, které mohou uživatelé pociťovat. Práce je členěna do několika částí, kdy v první části je shrnut teoretický úvod a literární rešerše, která předcházela samotnému návrhu, dále se zabývá formulací vizí a přes popis navrhování pokračuje až k finálnímu návrhu. Součástí práce je i praktická konstrukce daného zařízení a krátkodobé uživatelské testování, které se zaměřilo na ergonomii a pohodlnost používání.The thesis deals with the design of a medical device that serves to improve the diagnosis and treatment of patients at risk of cardiovascular diseases. Here, the author combines biomedical technology and jewellery work and proposes a solution by designing a glass bracelet that allows the wearer to have continuous prevention. An important goal of this project is to try to improve patients' attitudes towards wearing medical devices in public by eliminating the negative emotions that wearers may feel. The thesis is structured in several parts, where the first part summarizes the theoretical introduction and the literature search that preceded the design itself, then deals with the formulation of the vision and continues through the description of the design process to the final design. The thesis also includes the practical design of the device and short-term user testing, which focused on ergonomics and ease of use.
