Léčebné využití jógy u diagnózy spondylitis ankylosans

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou onemocnění ankylozující spondylitidy a ovlivnění jejícho průběhu léčebným využitím jógy u třech pacientů s tímto onemocněním. Obecná část bakalářské práce zahrnuje teoretické informace o charakteristice, epidemiologii, etiologii, patogenezi, klasifikaci, klinickém obraze, mimokloubních manifestacích, laboratorních yšetřeních spolus se zobrazovacími metodami, diagnostice, terapeutických postupech a prognóze u pacientů s ankylozující spondylitidou. v této části je zahrnuto pojednání o józe a jejích významu, dále pak o účincích ásan a pranájámy. V metodologické části jsou popsány metody použité při vyšetření a samotné terapii. speciální část práce je zpracována formou kazuistik tří pacientů nemocných ankylozující spondylitidou. věnuje se kineziologickému rozboru, zhodnocení dosavadních vyšetření, navržení krátkodobého a dlouhodobého fyzioterapeutického plánu. dále je zde popsána terapeutická jednotka, která demoonstruje průběh terapie. Součástí bakalářské práce je kapitola výsledky, která obsahuje výstupní kineziologický rozbor. V závěru této kapitoly je vyhodnocen efekt a úspěšnost terapie, vyhcázející ze srovnání vstupních a výstupních hodnot. V diskuzi se pak pojednává o daném tématu a závěr práce zahrnuje porovnání dosavadních výsledků se stanoveným cílem.The bachelorś thesis deals with the condition of ankylosing spondylitis and the effect of the therapeutic use of yoga on its course in three patients suffering from this condition. The general part of the thesis comprises theoretical information on the characteristics, epidemiology, etiology, pathogenesis, classification, symptomatology, extra-articular manifestations, laboratory examinations together with screening methods, diagnostics, therapeutic procedurres and prognosis in patients with ankylosing spondylitis.This part includes a text on yoga, its significance, as well as the effects of asanas and pranayamas. The subsequent methodological part describes the methods used in examination and the therapy itself. The practical part of the thesis is elaborated in the form of case studies of three patients suffering from ankylosing spondylitis. it focuses on the kinesiological analysis, the evaluation of ecaminations carried out so far and the proposal form a short-term and long.term physiotherapeutic plan. It also includes the description of a therapeutic unit demonstrating the course of the therapy. The thesis also includes a chapter on the results, containing the final kinesiological analysis. Based on the comparison of the initial and final data, the effects and success rate of the therapy are evaluated in the final part of this chapter, followed by a discussion of the given topic. In the thesis conclusion, a comparison of the results with the initial objective is presented.
