Metody nukleární medicíny u neurologických onemocnění

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zobrazovací metody nukleární medicíny u pacientů s neurologickým onemocněním. Cílem této práce je poukázat na způsoby, při kterých lze využít vybrané metody nukleární neurologie k diagnostice neurologických a psychiatrických onemocnění. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie a fyziologie mozku. Jsou zde zmíněna radiofarmaka a zobrazovací systémy používané v nukleární neurologii. Část práce je věnována neurologickým onemocněním. Praktická část obsahuje kazuistiky pacientů a popis metod, které byly použity při jednotlivých vyšetření.This bachelor thesis focuses on nuclear medicine imaging in patients with neurological diseases. The aim of this thesis is to point out the ways in which selected methods of nuclear neurology can be used to diagnose neurological and psychiatric diseases. The theoretical part describes the anatomy and physiology of the brain. It also mentions radiopharmaceuticals and imaging systems used in nuclear neurology. One part of the thesis deals with neurological diseases. The practical part contains case reports of patients and description of the methods used in each examination.
