Fyzioterapeutická intervence gymnastů mladšího školního věku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o fyzioterapeutické intervenci gymnastů mladšího školního věku. Zaměřuje se na ovlivnění svalových dysbalancí a nevhodných pohybových návyků u vybraných skupin gymnastů. Na základě vstupního vyšetření jsou vytvořeny cvičební jednotky, obsahující kompenzační, protahovací a posilovací cviky. Práce se skládá z několika částí. První část Současný stav se věnuje popisu sportovní gymnastiky, informuje o tělesné zdatnosti dětí, specifikuje senzitivní období pro vývoj dětské motoriky a v neposlední řadě obsahuje také příklady nejčastějších zranění při sportovní gymnastice. Následuje část metodická, kde jsou uvedeny vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy potřebné k vypracování této práce. V části speciální se nachází kineziologické rozbory gymnastů, dlouhodobý terapeutický plán a je zde znázorněn průběh terapie. Získané informace jsou v následující části Výsledky porovnány, dále jsou v této části představeny změny, ke kterým během terapie došlo a je zde uveden celkový efekt prováděné terapie.

This bachelor thesis deals with physioterapeutic intervention of school age gymnasts. It is focused on the influence of muscular dysbalance and improper motional habits in groups of chosen gymnasts. There are a few therapeutic units based on initial examination. Each therapeutic unit contains compensatory, stretching and workout exercises. This thesis consists of many parts. First part - current status describes artistic gymnastics, gives information about children physical ability, specifies sensitive period for children progression of motor activity and lists the main injuries in artistic gymnastics. In next - methodologic part - there are examinational and therapeutic procedures given, which are used in this thesis. The special part occurs kinesiologic analysis of children, long-term therapeutic plane and the course of therapy. Gained information are compared in the next part - results. This part represents changes which came up during the therapy. There is also mentioned the total effect of the whole therapy.
