Abstract

Obsahem této diplomové práce je architektonicko-stavební návrh souboru bytových objektů, nacházejících se v lokalitě Prahy 6- Veleslavína. Umístění a hmotový koncept stavby vychází z urbanistického návrhu oblasti Veleslavína, zpracované v rámci předdiplomního projektu. Tento projekt řešil koncept vytvoření pěší obytné lokality s návazností na metro Veleslavín. Hmotové řešení částečně vychází z urbanistické koncepce, pouze dále je rozpracován do jednotlivých skupin bytových objektů s vlastním polosoukromým prostorem určeným pro jeho residenty. Koncepce vytváří byty jako jednotlivé moduly, které jsou skládány na střídavě na sebe a vytváří tak, venkovní soukromé prostory určené pro jejich uživatele. Jednotlivé moduly jsou pojaty jako nadstandartní mezonetové byty s vlastními zahradami a terasami a nebo se terasami a zahradami na střechách objektů.The content of this diploma thesis is the architectural and structural design of a set of residential buildings located in Prague 6 - Veleslavin. The location and mass concept of the building is based on the urban design of the Veleslavin area, elaborated within the framework of the pre-diploma project. This project solved the concept of creating a pedestrian residential area connected to the Veleslavin metro. The mass solution is partly based on urbanistic concept, but it is further elaborated into individual groups of residential buildings with their own semi-private space intended for its residents. Concept creates flats as individual modules that are folder alternately on each other to create outdoor private areas designed for their users. The individual modules are conceived as above-standrat maisonettes with their own gardens and terraces, or with terraces and gardens on the roofs of buildings.
