Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací výrobního systému v konkrétním výrobním středisku. Byla provedena analýza současného stavu ve výrobě a na základě výsledků z analýzy byla navrhnuta vhodná opatření k optimalizaci výrobního systému. V práci je také popsán současný stav dispozičního řešení ve výrobě a jsou zpracovány návrhy nové. Optimalizované návrhy jsou zhodnoceny a vícekriteriální analýzou je vybrána nejvhodněji navržená varianta k realizaci.
The subject of this diploma thesis is optimization of production system in concrete production system in center. The analysis of the current state in the calculation was perfomed and based on the results of the analysis were proposed convenient measures to optimize the production system. In this diploma thesis is described the current state of the layout of the production system and are processed proposals of new layout solutions. Optimized layouts are evaluated and it is chosen the most suitable variant for realization.
